She has significant experience in project management in leading organizations (including the NGO "Public Interest Journalism Lab" and the charitable organization "Ukrainian Educational Platform"). She is a co-founder of art festivals in Avdiivka, an active volunteer and educator in "Plast" (National Scout Organization of Ukraine). She also has experience working in local government.

She is a laureate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Award for outstanding achievements by young people in the development of Ukraine (2017).
