She has significant experience in project management in leading organizations (including the NGO "Public Interest Journalism Lab" and the charitable organization "Ukrainian Educational Platform"). She is a co-founder of art festivals in Avdiivka, an active volunteer and educator in "Plast" (National Scout Organization of Ukraine). She also has experience working in local government.

She is a laureate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Award for outstanding achievements by young people in the development of Ukraine (2017).

Graduated from National Academy of Urban Economy, expert on environmental education in the First Green Library (Kyiv), an environmental mentor of communities of the Laboratory of Legislative Initiatives (2021), a participant of the Scholarship Program for Civil Society Leaders of the EaP Eastern Partnership (2022),. a representative of the Krister's Hirka community during the development of the concept of concerted actions for the development of the area around Krister's Hirka GIZ (2022), a mentor of the Kyiv community in the "Eco-friendly" project, which was implemented as a result of participation in the Workshop on the development of gender-sensitive projects for public organizations from UNFPA, the United Nations Fund in population sector within the framework of the WE ACT program.

IT specialist, developer, business analyst, specialist in the field of digitalization, big data processing, and AI-based solutions. Developer of information and analytical systems based on AI, expert in cybersecurity and the implementation of cloud solutions for the public sector and non-governmental organizations.

Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, an expert the analytical group of Civil Society Development Forum of implements of innovative methods in the field of civil participation, on the field of ecology and environmental protection, a member of a team developed the CivicLab methodology (2019) and interactive game UChange and UChange LIVE (2020). Currently Associate Professor of the Department of Transport and Logistics at the National Transport University, author, and co-author of more than 20 scientific articles in the field of project management.

Developer of the chatbot as part of the "CivicLab" methodology.

Certified Specialist on Democratic Citizenship and Youth Participation in the Action Plan of the Framework Program for Cooperation in the Field of Youth Policy between the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine for 2016-2017.
