NGO "Civil Society Development Forum" is an ISO9001:2015 certified expert and scientific organization with 12 years of experience. Our team of 34 highly qualified specialists successfully operates in 8 countries. We are leading experts in E-Government, AI and Data Analytics, developing multi-level digital governance, democracy, and data analytics, optimizing the workflows of government bodies, responsible businesses, and public organizations. We protect the rights and freedoms of citizens to influence government decisions affecting them for the development of their municipalities, communities, and territories in the face of global challenges, uncertainty, and limited resources.

Having successfully implemented over 265 international, national, and local projects, we have reduced employee workload by 70% and increased the efficiency of workflows by 1.97 times. All this was made possible by our professional team, capacity, and our proprietary scientific method DIY4Change and the ecosystem of 21 digital tools created on its basis.

Scientific Approach in Activity

The scientifically validated DIY4Change method delivers a 39.44% annual growth in the organizational capacity of partner NGOs, helping them achieve better results 1.97 times faster. The method also ensures an average annual digital transformation level of management processes of 37.52%, a 36.83% increase in institutional capacity, and a 42.05% growth in the quality of results.
